Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@waterserviceusa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13550 South Gessner Rd. Missouri City, Texas 77459.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of the initial receipt date with a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Requests for returns after 14 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the initial receipt date. Custom-ordered items may be returned within 14 days of the initial receipt date, subject to a 20% disassembly fee. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Water Service Company. Freight/shipping for returns must be prepaid by the customer. RMAs not used within 30 days will expire, and returns will be refused. Special order goods are not returnable. Authorized returns of new and unused items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Defective Goods and Warranty Processing

Items returned for warranty consideration without prior authorization will be refused. Please call Water Service Company for an RMA number. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise. If pre-warranty replacement merchandise has been sent and the warranted goods are repairable, the repaired product will be returned at our expense, and the pre-warranty invoice will be billed. If the warranted product is not repairable, a new replacement will be sent, or an offsetting credit will be issued. If warranty consideration is denied, all incurred expenses will be billed.

Cancellation or Change Orders

Orders are processed as received. Once an order is in process, add-ons or change orders may delay shipment or be shipped as a separate order. Cancellation of an order is subject to acceptance by Water Service Company and may incur a restocking fee.

Verbal Orders

We request that customers place all orders in writing. Verbal orders and changes will be accepted with the understanding that Water Service Company is not responsible for covering freight charges for returned merchandise. All merchandise returned for credit placed on a verbal purchase order is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
